Installation paths for the mashoki app
We provide three routes to access mashoki on mobile. The Android native app (APK) installs directly from our servers and works on devices running Android 7 or higher. The iOS app is accessible via Safari browser on iPhones and iPads running iOS 12 or later — Apple's App Store restrictions prevent us from hosting a native iOS app, so we offer a web-based progressive app that functions like a native app once installed. The web app (responsive HTML + CSS) works on any modern mobile browser and requires no installation beyond bookmarking.
Each path has identical functionality — your account, balances, deposit methods, and game history sync across all devices and access methods. Logging into mashoki on your phone uses the same credentials as your desktop account.

App vs. browser: which is right for you on mashoki
The native mashoki app (Android) offers several advantages over the web browser. App users benefit from offline caching — game menus and sports schedules download to your device so you can browse matches even without internet connectivity. Push notifications alert you when a live market opens, when cashback is credited, or when a referral bonus is added to your account. The app uses less bandwidth than the web version, making it faster on slower mobile networks. The app interface is optimized for touch, with larger buttons and swipe gestures. Lastly, the app stores your login session securely on your device, so you are not logged out when you close your browser. The web app and browser versions work equally well but lack offline caching and push notifications. Choose the app if you use mashoki multiple times per day; choose the web version if you access mashoki sporadically or prefer not to install software.
Installation checklist
- Android 7 or higher (APK app) or iOS 12+ (web app via Safari)
- At least 50 MB free storage space on your device
- Active internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)
- For Android: enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings → Security
- For iOS: use Safari to add the web app to your home screen
Device compatibility and system requirements for mashoki
The mashoki Android app requires Android 7.0 or higher. Most smartphones released after 2016 meet this requirement. The iOS web app works on Safari browsers running iOS 12 or later, covering iPhones 5S and newer as well as iPads. We recommend a minimum of 50 MB free storage space and a stable internet connection (WiFi or 4G mobile data). The app runs on both mid-range and high-end devices—performance is consistent across budget Android phones, flagship devices, and tablet screens. If your device is older than Android 7 or iOS 12, you can still access mashoki via the web browser on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
Troubleshooting common installation issues on mashoki
If the Android APK file does not install, verify that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device's Settings menu under Security or Applications. Some Android versions label this setting "Install apps from unknown sources" or "Allow installation from this source." If you see a security warning about the certificate, this is normal for APK files downloaded directly from a server rather than an app store—the certificate is valid and secure. If the iOS web app will not save to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome or another browser), tap the Share button, and select "Add to Home Screen." If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your browser cache (iOS) or reinstalling the APK (Android). If you cannot log in, reset your password via the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. Contact our customer-support team if problems persist.
Data, permissions, and account security on the mashoki app
The mashoki app requests only essential permissions: internet access (to connect to our servers), device storage (to cache game menus and offline data), and notification permission (to send you alerts about live markets and bonuses). We do not request access to your contacts, photos, location, or call history. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Your login session and personal information are stored securely on your device—we never log your password or store payment credentials in plain text. If you uninstall the app, your account remains active and synced with the web platform. If you install the app on a new device, log in with your credentials and all your account data (balance, history, saved payment methods) appears immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication if available. For security reasons, always log out when you finish using a shared device.
